Alchemy FileUploadClient ActiveX Control is a client side ActiveX control that enables enhanced management of the file upload process and provides the user with instant upload feedback using for example a smooth progress bar.

NOTE: The FileUpload ActiveX control is NOT affected by the Microsoft mandatory hotfix to Internet Explorer which forces activation of visual embedded ActiveX controls. The FileUpload ActiveX control does not have a visual aspect and so does not require activation. It instead allows the developer to respond to events using javascript and update their own HTML elements in real time.
